Freddie was born October 21, 1949 in Soperton, GA to Joe E. and Annie Laurie Warren.He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Baby Joe, sister, JoAnn Offord, and brother Richard Warren.Survivors: wife, Louise; son, Royce Joe Payne; sisters, Linda Darlene Payne and Peggy Croker; four grandchildren, Synobia Payne, Sandi Payne, Shawn Payne and Sierra Payne and one great grandson, Hayden Payne; niece, Tonya Payne.Graveside Service: 2 PM, Thursday, Azleland Cemetery
