Eva Dell was born in Madisonville, Texas to her parents James and Madre Hopkins. Being the 9th out of 13 kids meant there was always something going on at their childhood home in Midway, Texas.

She studied Criminal Justice and graduated from both, Weatherford College and Tarleton State University. She worked as an Adult Probation Officer for Parker County for eight years. She then returned to manage the office for the Grote Veterinary Clinic.
