Ellen Ruth Boswell

Ellen Ruth Boswell, 71, of Weatherford, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2013.  Ellen was born August 23, 1942 in Detroit, Michigan to Barbara Rue and Thomas Howard Richards.
Ellen was a retired Librarian with the Garner School system, a representative for Weight Watchers and a resident of Parker County since 1973. She enjoyed ocean cruises, sporting events and loved her family.
Ellen is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Glenn Boswell, a sister and brother.
Survivors include her children, Lori Henderson and husband, David of Weatherford, Julie Cathey and husband, Brad of Millsap and Tyler Boswell and wife, Lori of Weatherford; seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren; brother, Bill Richards of Weatherford; brothers-in-law, Jerry Sportsman of Weatherford and Brian Boswell of Fort Worth.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Memory Gardens.  Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
