Elizabeth "Betty" Louise French

Elizabeth “Betty” Louise French, 74, of Weatherford died Monday, November 12, 2007 in the local hospital. Born July 17, 1933 in Pittsburg, Texas to Jesse James and Ruby Zealy Fowler, she was a resident of Weatherford for many years. Betty was a member of First Baptist Church of Weatherford and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene French, a sister Mildred Calvery and her parents.  She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Heine of Weatherford; sons, Donald French of Weatherford and James French and wife Donna of Mineral Wells; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  Funeral service: 1:00 PM, Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at First Baptist Church of Weatherford with Dr. Steve Buckland officiating. Interment will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 6-8 PM, Tuesday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
