Elizabeth Arlene Morse

Elizabeth Arlene Morse, 80, of Dennis, TX, passed peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior on August 30, 2021.

Arlene was born September 15, 1940, in Santo, TX, to James and Ada Lee Key. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dennis, where she was a Sunday school teacher to many over the years. She absolutely adored being with the children, as well as her many church friends. She was a loving, committed wife, an amazing mother and a Nana that stopped at no measures to spoil her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Arlene, an avid reader, was always a humble intellect but we decided to call the Weatherford Public Library and found out she is on record for checking out over 10,000 items over the years! Most of all, she spent her life mothering and nurturing anyone in her path and will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl, and son Randy.

Survivors include son Rickey and wife Robyn; grandson Ryan and wife Daria; grandsons Randall, his wife Sarah, Nathan, and Jared; granddaughter Rachelle; great grandsons Tyler, Tanner, Rowdy, Randall III, great granddaughters Madison and Alizabeth as well as brother Mike Shinn and wife Valerie; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 6-8 pm, Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
