Dr. Clyde Edmond Durnil

September 3, 1936 — February 17, 2021

Dr. Clyde Edmond Durnil, age 84, of Aledo, went home to be with the Lord on February 17, 2021. He spent time with his family in Trinidad, West Indies as a missionary. He also pastored a church in Illinois and one in Georgia.

The last 32 years he spent in Milford, Ohio at First Baptist Church as a Bearing Precious Seed Missionary. He raised money to print Bibles that are given to people all over the world. He made mission trips to over 22 countries. His favorite past time was reading his Bible and sharing his faith with others. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Milford, Ohio.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Linda Kelly Durnil of Aledo, a daughter Twyla Rahbarzare of Aledo, grandchildren, Abbi Wood, Wendy Greenway, Bryan Lank Jr. and Nicole Durnil, 6 great grandchildren, sister Hazel Moore and brothers Jack Durnil, Marvin Durnil and Mike Durnil all of Indiana.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, 12:30 PM, at Galbreaith Picard Hilltop Chapel, 4941 I-20 Frontage Rd., willow Park, TX 76087. With a Graveside Service following at 2:00 PM at the Annetta Cemetery.
