Diane Lax

Diane Vincelli Lax, age 74, passed away Monday, August 15, 2022. Diane was born September 19, 1947, in Brooklyn, New York to Raphael Vincelli and Mariana Buffa Vincelli. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, painting, traveling, cooking, and a good vodka martini with a twist.

Diane is survived by her husband, Brigadier General US Army Retired Joe Lax of Weatherford; daughter, Dawn Booth and husband Vincent of Azle; stepdaughter, Leslie Lee and husband Marshal of Apple Valley, MN; stepdaughter Laurie Jones and husband Bill of Woodland Park, CO; brother, Steven Vincelli and wife Penny of Helena, MT; grandchildren, Sophia Vincelli Rodriguez and husband Javier, Harrison Vincent, Annamaria Ravenelle, Francesca Diane, John Patrick; and great-granddaughter Penelope Diane.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 23, 2022, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Funeral Mass will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at St. Thomas Becket Catholic Church. Interment will be in the DFW National Cemetery.
