Deborah June Pointer

Deborah June Pointer, age 63, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2014 in Weatherford, Texas.
Deborah was born January 3, 1951 to D. T. and Sue Currin LaRue in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. She was a longtime resident of Weatherford.  Deborah worked as a supervisor with J P. Morgan  Chase Bank in Fort Worth for 33 years.
She leaves behind her husband of 19 years, Richard Pointer of Weatherford;  daughter, Christie Smith of Fort Worth; sons, Scott Moody and wife, Karen of Flower Mound, Tracey Howell and wife, Debbie of Mammoth Springs, AR  and Darrell Pointer and wife, Rhonda of Weatherford; nine grandchildren, five great- grandchildren; mother, Sue LaRue of Fort Worth; brother, David LaRue and wife, Vickie of Fort Worth; uncle, Andrew Currin of Fort Worth; numerous nieces and nephews.
 

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 26, 2014 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel with Rev. Don Shotwell officiating and interment to follow in East Greenwood Cemetery.
