Danna Sue Alcorn

September 24, 1932 — May 25, 2014

Danna Sue Alcorn, 81, passed away peacefully Sunday May 25, 2014 at home surrounded by her husband, children and grandchildren.  Danna Sue was born September 24, 1932 in Adell TX to Victor and Ethel Grable.  Danna Sue was a homemaker, pianist, and singer of gospel music.  She was a member of North Side Baptist Church for 69 years.  She was a loving wife and mother and grandmother.
Danna Sue leaves behind her beloved husband Charles Alcorn; daughters Brenda Galloway and husband Gary of Weatherford, Vickie Alcorn of Weatherford; son Kent Alcorn and wife Becca of Salesville; six grandchildren Josh Galloway of Frisco, Krista Holman and husband Thomas of Granbury, Jonathan Alcorn and wife Christy of Springtown, Jeremy Alcorn of Fort Worth, Nathan Alcorn of Fort Worth, Bailey Alcorn of Mineral Wells; four great grandchildren Hayden, Hannah and Abby Galloway and Miranda Alcorn; brother V.W. Grable of Weatherford.  She was preceded in death by her parents Victor and Ethel Grable; daughter Charlotte Sue Alcorn; son Charles Brent Alcorn; and brother Buddy Grable.
A visitation will be at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel Wednesday May 28, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.  A funeral will be at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel Thursday May 29, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with interment at Bethesda Cemetery immediately following the service.

Visitation: Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel Wednesday May 28, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. 
Funeral: Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel Thursday May 29, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.
Interment: Bethesda Cemetery immediately following the service.
