Dana Louise Bloodworth

Dana Louise Bloodworth, 62, went to be with the Lord on May 12, 2019.
A Memorial Service will be held at Agnes Baptist Church, 350 Agnes N, Springtown, TX 76082on Saturday, May 18th beginning at 1:30 pm. If you wish to send flowers, please have them delivered to the church Friday between 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Dana was born on November 9, 1956 in Mineral Wells, TX to Richard and Margaret Alford Southern. She married Ricky Bloodworth and together had two daughters, Minde and Ashely. Dana had a truly giving heart and loved serving others. She spent many years as a florist before retiring to spend more time with her grandchildren. Dana began substitute teaching at Brock, Weatherford, and Springtown ISD and was truly loved by her students. She will be remembered as the best daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
Survivors include her loving husband of 42 years, Ricky; daughters, Minde Steiner (Rob Lewis) and Ashely Stewart (Colt); parents, Richard Southern (Diane) and Margaret Southern; brothers, David Southern (Rose) and Dan Southern (Melissa); six grandchildren, RJ, Matt, Jeff, Katie, TJ, and Nick; and a host of loving friends and students.
