Cyndi Anne Capehart, 49, passed away on Friday, May 18, 2012 at her residence in Belleville, Illinois. She was born March 30, 1963 in Fort Worth, Texas. She lived in Weatherford, Texas for several years and was a hair stylist, and also attended Weatherford College. After moving to Illinois, Cyndi earned an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Patricia Stevens Career College.
 Cyndi was preceded in death by her Mother and best friend, Linda Kay Allen Powell, her daughter Molly Kay, her precious grandson Mark Anthony Fuller, Uncle Johnny Allen, paternal grandparents Horace and Willie Mac Powell, and maternal grandparents Arba and Myrtle Allen.
 Survivors include her husband , Tom Capehart, of Beleville, IL; daughter, Amanda Fuller and husband, Benny of Dayton, TX; grandchildren, Ashlee and Cheyanne Fuller, of Dayton, TX; son, Terry Harwell, Jr, ; step-son, Thomas Capehart Jr., both of Belleville, IL; Dad and Mom, John and Sue Powell, of Willow Park, Texas; sisters, Laura Anderson, of Willow Park,Texas; Melissa Sewell, and husband Kelly, of Tomball, Texas; brothers, Jim Powell and wife Lisa, of White Oak, Texas; John Powell, of Godley, Texas; Scotty Watson, of Willow Park, Texas; and Eddie Holleman, of Seattle, Washington; Aunt Rosie and Uncle Raymond Dyer, and family, of Arlington, and Fort Worth Texas; and numerous cousins, extended family members, dear friends, and all her beloved pets (both cats and dogs) that she had throughout her life.

Graveside service: 10 AM Tuesday, May 29, 2012 in City
Greenwood Cemetery.
