Christine Vanderpool

Christine Vanderpool, 85, of Fort Worth passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at her residence. She was born September 20, 1935 in Ada, Oklahoma to Felix and Frances Compton Cunningham. Christine was a dedicated wife and homemaker that took care of her family with pride. She enjoyed reading and crocheting. 

In addition to her parents, Christine was preceded in death by her husband Lyle L. Vanderpool, Sr, her son Terry Wayne Vanderpool, one sister and two brothers. She is survived by her children, Lyle Vanderpool, Jr., Vicki Elkins and husband John all of Fort Worth, Pamela Bennett of Greenwood, MO and Andrea Bennett and husband Roy of Belton, MO; two sisters both of California; 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

Visitation: 6-8 pm, Monday, January 25, 2021 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Funeral service: 10am, Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at the funeral home with a graveside to follow at 2pm, in DFW National Cemetery.
