Beverly "Janice" Griggs

Beverly “Janice” Griggs, age 84, of Weatherford, passed away at her home on Saturday, April 6, 2019. Janice was born to Lawrence and Marie Coffey on February 16, 1935 in Victoria, Texas. During her childhood she was a proud Rainbow Girl. She enjoyed quilting, needlework, and sewing. Janice was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dennis where she attended church regularly. Janice is survived by her husband, Derrell Griggs of Weatherford, son, Kenneth Griggs and wife Lana, daughter, Susan Griggs, sister, Sandra Ryan and husband Jerry, brother, Robert Coffey and wife Pat, grandchildren, Melissa Lefler, Stephanie Maynes, Alicia Griggs, and 10 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Dennis Building Fund, PO Box 165, Dennis, Texas 76439.
