Armandina Moncada De Alderete, 65, passed away on December 19, 2018 in Weatherford, TX.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 21 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary being held at 6:00 pm at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in Weatherford, TX. Another visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
Armandina was born on August 27, 1953 to Juan Jose and Romona Moncada in Mexico. She married Hugo Abel Alderete in July of 1972. Together they had six children. Armandina came to the United States in 1974 and worked for the Weatherford Democrat for around 5 years. She enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family, but most of all she loved to play the Mexican Lottery.
Armandina is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Hugo Abel Alderete; daughters, Naida Rodriguez (Eduardo) and Alma Carr; sons, Ricardo Alderete, Hugo Abel Alderete Jr., Rolando Alderete, and Julio Alderete; sisters, Blanca Moncada, Mirna Moncada, Rosy Chacon, Mary Garcia, Monica Gonzales, and Paula Gonzales; brothers, Jaime Moncada, Joaquin Moncada, and Ignacio Moncada; seventeen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
