Ann Heath, 92, died Monday, November 3, 2014 in the Weatherford hospital. She was born April 30, 1922, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to George and Frances Nakielski. Ann was a retired seamstress.
She was preceded in death by her husband and six siblings.
Survivors: children, Sharon Creel of Weatherford and Glen Heen and wife, Susan of Minnesota; grandchildren, Thomas Creel, Stephanie Warren, Christopher Heen and Michael Heen; great-granddaughter, Rebecca-Ann Creel; and sister, Dorothy Fitzgerald of Houston.
