Obituary for Roger Dale Swink

Roger Dale Swink, 55, of Weatherford, passed away early on Tuesday, October 17, 2017, in Burleson.
Funeral services celebrating his life will be held at 10:30, on Saturday morning, October 21, at the Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford. Burial will follow at Tin Top Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5 until 8 at the funeral home.
Roger was born September 21, 1962 in Kings Mountain, South Carolina to Bud and Lora Mae Swink. Roger married Tracy Freeman on May 4, 2002. He enjoyed outdoor activities particularly kayaking. Roger worked as a paint and body man for over 40 years. He worked for Trinity Paint and Body for 18 years and for Mineral Wells Collision for 5 years. He also owned Knights Collision and Paintless Dent Removal. Roger will affectionately be remembered for being a family man who cherished time spent with his family.
Roger is survived by his wife, Tracy; children, Aric (Samantha) Swink, Adam Swink, Joseph (Debi) Allen, Patricia Setti, and Kristina (Cole) Herington; his grandchildren, Austin, Ashlyn, Dakota, and Weston; sister, Joyce Edwards; brother, Chris Swink; and by a large extended family and by a host of friends.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents.
