Lisa Rae O'Dell

Lisa Rae Jones O’Dell went to be with the Lord December 21, 2017 with her family by her side. She was born November 26, 1957 in Weatherford, to Lowell Ray and Mattie Jo Jones. Lisa loved children and taught at Mary Martin Elementary for 14 years, specializing in helping special needs children. She was a devout member of Friendship Baptist Church; loved helping with church functions and participating in Bible study classes. She will be remembered by those who knew her as loving, generous, independent and funny.

Lisa is survived by her son Johnwes and wife Rachel of Weatherford. She is preceded in death by her parents Ray and Mattie Jo Jones of Springtown.

Funeral service 10:00 am Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Friendship Baptist Church. Kevin Welborn will officiate. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation 6-8 pm Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
